Swan Song Farm is a first-generation family farm that began as a journey towards self-sustainability. Nestled in the foothills of the Cascade mountains, we revel in the beauty that surrounds us, and try to work with nature, rather than against it. Our goal is simple: to provide our family with what we need, and to build a community of like-minded people around us.
